Question about The Walking Dead Season 2 :S

The game itself is a "Season Pass" for all 5 episodes. The wording is just confusing.

Oh, wait a minute, so the game which will be released is not full game but episode 1 again? So telltale will take a whole year to make all episodes? Waiting is a kind of torture...

I kind of remember they were saying that the preorder gives you a discount for the season pass... Was it for this game?

On the pc you always seem to get all 5 parts of TT's games, on systems I think they charge by the episode.
