Not even close. You might be able to get a game that is currently going for five dollars (the best offer I got was Left 4 Dead), but you're probably only going to get a refined or so, which is only, like, 50 cents. I have no idea where OP got that a refined is worth $1.50.

I didn't say that a ref was $1.50. I said I saw some people selling DOTA's for 1 ref each and some for $1.50 on paypal.

So, I finished up trading dotas recently. Got: They Bleed Pixels, Nuclear Dawn, 2x Rome Total War, 10 TF2 keys, 21 refined metal, Indie Gala 10, Groupees Bundle of the Damned and Indie Royale Halloween Bundle.
What did I spent to get the dotas? Only some extra keys from bundles :D

What are people doing with all these DOTA2 tradables and keys? I think there was a guy on steamtrades that had over a hundred and I heard of people buying upwards of 65 at a time. I know they sell for about 1 ref or $1.50 paypal, but there can't be that much profit in these even in large bulks right?
