Two giveaways one puzzle

Hey, you're the guy who raffles on TF2R ;) The site's down for some reason D:

Found a 5 caps combination. But its wrong, i tried inputting it into the giveaway site by many ways, none of them were succesful. HINT PLEASE!!!!!

Just to clear this up: has the text at http://www.puu.sh/cyK5 anything to do with the riddle?

X_X I've used five different sets of caps through permutations... None of them worked... This is a little tricky.

Got 2 sets of 5 capital letters but no idea what to do with them. Putting them to link in any combination gives nothing.

I don't understand what i should do with the third hint.

Why are the second and fourth steps marked as b) and d) not 2) and 4)??? So many things to wonder if they are part of a clue...

I just don't seem to get the hint about the fingers .-.

I've got two sets of 6 letters/numbers. I can't figure out how to shrink it to 5, or whether I'd have the proper 5, and I don't understand the third hint at all. I am not good at puzzles.

I surrender... This one has me beat.... I just can't get it. The instructions are little too abstract for me right now... and between bit shift operations, and binary mathematics... I whompped.

I don't know, I converted it to hex and got that some pairs end on C and others on 2. I took first symbols in pairs, that end equally, but there isn't any giveaway(((

argh! that stupid 'F' ruins everything

If nobody has solved it yet, maybe there's a typo in the statement. (the 8th binary could use some changes for my theory lol)

I figured something out that MAYBE is what "b" means. Still, I'm left with 12 characters .-.
