Which should I play?
Life is Strange is fantastic, but if you only have ep1 avaiable I recommend you to get the rest first, and since now there's no sale better wait with it ;) So I voted for Satellite Reign - which I'm waiting to have time to play myself as well :>

Yeah, so you can't really enjoy one episode by itself? I hoped I could use that as a sample, to see if I actually enjoy it before dropping the ~$13 to pick up the rest.

As said above, you could play it as a sample and really enjoy it, but I recomend to do that just before buying the rest. You can easily play through one episode in about 2 hours, so if you see a sale just play it and get the rest if you like it.

you can - ep1 is still great (not so great as further ones but still good enough), but the thing is that you will wish to play ep2 straight away ;) Also your choices, even small ones change a lot of small things in later episodes, so if it wi;ll be long time before you buy later eps you may forget it and lose some cool experiences. I'd suggest waiting for game to go on sale somewhere, then playing ep1 as a sample so if you like it you can buy later eps straight away cheaply :>

Deadlight is quite good. I love it and it doesn't take long to finish it either.

That's probably the item that's been languishing on my list for the longest (with Papers, Please in a close second). I've played the tutorial two or three times, but always get distracted before really getting into the game.

Try to sit down and do it in one or maybe two sessions of play. It's really not that long and the puzzles are pretty good too. You'll love it ^^

It's very pretty. So far, the little bit I've played is a bit un-intuitive. But it looks promising.

Well, thanks for the input folks. Even given reservations from some, 'Life is Strange' has a lot of fans. I'm surprised 'Deadlight' did so well though. I didn't realize it was so well liked.

I decided I need to start playing some of the games in my library I've been meaning to play for ages. Hence I finally broke out Dragon Age: Origins for the first time (I died gloriously). I also finally played all the way through Shelter (so sad...). But, having finished that, I'm on to something else from my diverse backlog. What should it be?
By the way "GA" in the thread title stood for "grumpy antagonism". There's none of that, but there is a giveaway in here.
