How come i cant choose space rangers to give away ?

The site had issues earlier, where the complete giveaway list failed to show, and only a few exceptions, while the majority of games refused to show. It was only actually fixed just under an hour ago, so I think he can be excused on this one.

Then that was the Steam store dying and it should have been fucking obvious something was wrong since the list shrinks to about an tenth of the usual size.
