Not much, I guess.

• Point system is different - max is 400 and point regeneration is fixed rather than indexed to GAs created

• you can give away free games for no CV

• you can support the site on patreon

• when you blacklist someone you are no longer able to enter their GAs

• other minor things - email notifications and such

You still need to activate your winnings.

• You now get 6 points every 15 minutes and can store up to 400 (if points are returned for any reason, including removing entries yourself, you can go over 400 with no limit)
• If a giveaway is deleted, everyone gets their points back (doesn't matter if before or after it ends)
• When you win a game, all your other entries for the same game are removed and your points are returned
• Can create giveaways for games that were free and reveive no CV
• If you blacklist someone, you cannot enter their giveaways
• Max points to enter a giveaway is limited to 50 (you still get the full CV if the game is valued over $50)
• Real CV and other stats are shown when you mouse over number in profiles
• There is an eye icon next to the winner that shows if they have viewed the key
• Giveaways can not be switched to "not received" after I think a month. Will have to create a support ticket.
• You can select individual countries in the region restrictions now
• You can see if a game is currently listed as bundled or free when creating a giveaway by the red marks that show by its name
• There are crazy new gifting rules on Steam and no storing game in the inventory which makes it very hard to gift directly from Steam
• Lots of stats with more pages to choose from on the left side
• You can get an email when you win a giveaway
• There are donation options now
• Account sync every 24 hours

There probably more changes, but that is all I can think of. You can check for other changes if you want in the Change Log

I think the quality of forum posts have gone down greatly. When I first joined in 2015, I found myself reloading every 5 mins to see what's new every night, but now I wouldn't bother. Only coming for weird music people listening to, and some puzzles :P
