All I read is "I want a 'login via steam'-button. Once you login, it will 'scaM' you (leeching your username and password)." :P
What your asking to create is something huge, which needs to work along side steam, be trusted, and already have a lot of visitors.
What you want, however already exists and is called: www.steamrep.com

I was just joking about the first line, I understand it can forward over to steam for login and protect it, but understand visitor that come across it must first trust it and then a lot must use it for it to become any use with realtime updates (else it will just become dated and ignored). You will probably need staff to check and verify all the scam reports, etc, as well (else people could fake and abuse it, plus scammers create a lot of alt accounts to try keep track of).
Well all the best if you do plan to go for it, it's quite a bit to chew, start off small and build up I guess. Good Luck!

Judging by the way he never forgets to mention his contr. level and his "5000 followers" i'm assuming this guy in particular forgot that all the rules do still apply even if he's a contributor.
Glad too see he's banned, hopefully he returns a humble man cause every comment i've seen him post since i've joined this site had "I feel superior to all of you" written all over them.

How will you prevent people from falsely identifying scammers? Will you require screenshots to prove it before moving someone into red or some other mechanism?
You may also be able to check if someone has had or currently has keywords like "steam", "valve", or "support" in their name and flag them as suspicious.
