Yes, the easy-swap hard drive bay makes all the difference. If it had been a moderately-fiddly swap hard drive bay it would definitely have been a no.

Usually people only brag with super specs("Gee can my 680, i5, and 16gb of ram max L4D2?" and such), I feel he might just be new to PC gaming possibly, honestly looks like he posted the specs to a pre-built or his parents computer.
