Some people gave the reason so I'll motivate it, so it might actually seem somewhat logical.
As Metro 2033 was given away for free for some time, it's considered to be way too exploited to be allowed on the site, as 2/3 (numbers taken from my ass, so to speak, but something like that) of the giveaways was for Metro 2033, so the mods/admin removed the game from the giveaway list. The same thing happened with Dota 2.

If you really want to just give it away, do it in forums.
But your problem is that you don't want to give it away, you just want the contribution points so you can leech the contributor giveaways and that's far different :)
You just can't ask for contribution with so worthless game like that...
BTW: I can't believe that there's someone who does not have that game...

you are right Axes. if i cant giveaway it by steamgifts, i giveaway from an other forum i had been for five years. if you want to know. google my nick and find it which forum is by yourself.

Trade it. Then again, I'm trying to trade the damn thing off, and have had no success. Good luck with that.
