Too little "thinking inside the box" on this thread.

Just make a support ticket, arguing with users isn't gonna get you far, life is short like you said, don't make it harder then it has to be.

+1
Not sure this discussion really has any place on the forums.
Why not close the thread, make a ticket and finish the discussion in private with support...

Well when you enter the sites, you do agree to it's rules and that's what he had to do. And yes mistakes have so much value in life, once near a place a live there was a recycling plant, a guy made a mistake and pressed the wrong button and nearly half of our town could of died, luckily he pressed the non hazardous button (the hazardous one was right next to it). So yes mistakes have value in life.

@nopieleft says a person who has THAT many deleted giveaways :P

If he disagrees with this rule, as hinted at by your wording, "he didn't want to understand" - showing you argued the point with him - then the tool doesn't belong here anyway. When you enter for a giveaway for a game you have no intention of playing, you deprive another user of his chance of winning a game he or she does want to play. Also, him obviously trying to boost his contributor value is a scummy move, too. Good riddance, I'd say.
However, he can post a support ticket himself and see if support has any interest in allowing him back. He'll have to activate every single win he's had on here on his steam account, and add them to his library, though. So, yeah, if he's traded off his wins or so, he's shit out of luck.
I sincerely hope he's traded off all his wins.

I figured it was up to the gifter. Like I thought they had to buy a copy of the game that they gifted Then see if the gifter would forgive. Mind you that depends on the offense. I mean if he re-gifted it here. . . bad. If he traded it, meh, They don't really belong here anyway. All and all it's up to The Big Boss, not us. I doubt pleading to the public will weigh in well with the verdict. Mind you, I'm not in any place to say anything on that side of things.
