I think it's some kind of server-overload phenomena, because I got the same message
then I just went on the page a second time and got it.

For the people having problems with it saying not avaliable in your region you just need to reload the page.

• first try: don't work
• second try: open zenmate and change DNS, don't work
• third try: DNS turn off and try again, worked
  mission completed :D
