Had you looked at other posts in the announcements section you would have seen the one entitled "Our Policy on Begging", it goes as follows ......

You will not be allowed an excuse for your begging and this behavior could result in your account being suspended until further notice, especially if you've created a begging thread. "Hello whoever is reading this. Today I was added by Raiden, invited to the chat and banned from it. Immediately after he deleted me. I don't see why I was banned as I haven't done anything wrong and the last time I was in the chat all I did was talk about games. That was 2 days ago and I hadn't been on for a while before that.
