I have no interest in sports games, and I doubt anyone would care about the older games in a sports series, unless you do a series like "NHL through the ages" and go through a match in each game and then compare each game in a final video or something...
An 82-part thing even less... maybe streaming is a better option, though that people might just watch the actual sport. I don't know anyone who watches FIFA videos outside of the ultimate team bullshit.

I mean, as long as you're interesting to watch any might watch you. Not interested in sports games myself and I feel like it's very niche, but it's a unique to do hockey I think.

EDIT: Also, yeah, streaming is better for a more "hang out and watch me play something" stuff.

Since EA Sports outside of FIFA abandoned the PC market, i am not sure if you will find much interest here. Maybe a site like hfboards.com is better suited to see if there is any interest in such a channel.
