How long does it usually take for SG support to reply?

I have a pending question in there, been there for almost 2 weeks, unanswered. I hate to be the bratty person who keeps asking for people for help when there are more important matters, but how long? I have asked support questions before, but they always have been quick to reply. I know there are somethings that are more important, but it would be nice to some reply soon..

I would assume it depends on the number of tickets currently active and the number of support who are in the mood to deal with them. So some time.
