Ok so I love this kind of music and I want to discover good artists/bands of the genre. I don't have the time at hand to do this myself, so I am asking you guys to recommend me electronic music that you know, but also being similar to the one I like.

Here is a small list of the electronic genres I listen to, and the artists I already know and love (may or may not be categorised perfectly):

-House: Daft Punk

-Progressive House: Deadmau5, Wolfgang Gartner

-Dubstep: Zomboy, Qubam, Knife Party, Nero

-Drum and Bass: Pendulum

-Trance: Nightcore (the original Norwegian band), random songs from YouTube - I heard the Trance I listen to called Happy Hardcore somewhere if that helps

Any recommendations are much apreciated. If acompanied by a YouTube link it's even better c:. Thanks for reading.

Edit: Thank you all for these recommendations. I am checking every single one of them but I can't reply to every one of them.

hmm i see Pendulum and if u like Pendulum with InFlames you should really go for Blue Stahli or Celldweller its harder music (rock/metal oriented) but with many electronics elements and its just perfect

I love old school electronic music and ambience/chillout.

Here' s my personal list of favorites (mostly old school classic bands):

Ambient/relaxation

Old electronic groups

And of course we shouldn't forget about Moby, Chemical Brothers, Prodigy, Paul Oakenfold, Junkie XL, Propellerheads...

You can try Simon Viklund and his Bionic Commando Rearmed OST. You can also try Nitronic Rush OST or Jake Kaufman stuff, he is really good at adapting almost all styles of music. There's also plenty of BEMANI artists like DJ YOSHITAKA, dj TAKA, Nekomata Master, Ryu☆ and many others. Most of their songs are short because they're made for rhythm game, but some songs get longer version releases on albums. And there are also Tekken soundtracks.

That's mostly video games music, but people already listed other artists I'd recommend :D

You seem to like the same music as me. So, I'd recommend checking out Monstercat's channel. They have a lot of good artists on their label. Some of my favorites are Pegboard Nerds, Rogue, Tristam, and Stephen Walking.

Try to find some music in soundcloud. I've been listening to different artists there, and believe me, I found some good shit there.
