I'm curious if anyone else has had a similar problem: I have a game on my Steam account (Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter) that does not appear on the list of games I own when I sync with Steam Gifts. I'd like to be able to apply for DLC giveaways for this game, but the website insists that i'm missing the base game. Does anyone know if there is any way to correct this? I've posted in the support section already and haven't heard back. :·/

Please help if you can!

The multiplayer is free to play, with the single player you own being a DLC. That doesn't just show up in your library, though playing it for a while can fix that.

Just tried playing the game and then syncing, still no luck. Any other suggestions?

Play more, or buy the DLC yourself. Its incredibly cheap at this time.

Do you recall if you did anything else different, like restart Steam?
