Anyone know any good WWI games?

RTS/Shooter whatever. I saw Verdun was thinking about pulling the trigger. The community is small and my friend told me it sucked. so eh, I dunno.

On another note. How come WWI games are almost non existent? Early 2000's we got spammed with WWII games. We still see them today. Now we got a bunch of modern urban warfare crap...

Why no WWI? I am a World War II nut, but that has been done to death. Don't care for that modern warfare crap much. WWI pretty much defined modern warfare for the last 100 years.I think it's a under used time for games and movies.

there's not much realistic gameplay in a ww1 game. experience death by mustard gas, advance slowly a few feet per day on the battlefield, stab people in the eye through trenches etc
