Not true. If you label it as the Amazon collection, they are obligated to mark as received. Support has said that it is a legitimate giveaway as long as you say exactly what is in it.

Also @OP, King Arthur Collection (the one sold on Amazon) was $40 in the steam store before it was removed, so it would have been $40 contributor. That $20 figure is only Amazon's pricing for it.

I noticed that the King Arthur Collection on Steam is overpriced regardless of these other issues. The base game and DLC that is included in the Amazon key would only be $17.97. :p
Hate to say it, but the resolution given by support is pretty half assed compared to how they've handled similar issues. I suppose the Krater + DLC key from Indie Royale should just be treated as the Collector's Edition as well? If not then we have quite a contradiction there.

Not really. CG is not going to make an entry for every single thing. For example, there are like 10 different Killing Floor Bundles and equally as many Magicka Collections, almost all of which are named exactly the same thing. What are people supposed to do in that instance? FYI, there were 4 different King Arthur Collections in the Steam Store at some point.
