I thought in New Zealand there is entire year warm but some seasons are with strong winds and heavy rain, but still warm.

Canadia has an all-snow rule. If you don't roll around in snow for at least 1 hour a day, you run the risk of imprisonment in the great snow-fort. Pls help

True but I also must have a little bit of antifreeze in my blood. As as kid I always used to go in the pool when the water had 11-12°.
My doctor tells me I should stop drinking that stuff but it's so damn delicious.

In my country wither always is very cold and i hate it sooo much. When snow is falling a bit it's okay and feels good, but later when it turns into slush, it's so displeasengly to go outside.
