New Football *****?

Why do you call him a dumb shit? It's called football, yes, but it's also called soccer in the 'merica. Plus, the game is called New Star Soccer. I see no reason for an attitude like that, and before you ask, I'm not American.

No, football in America typically (~90% of the time) means Gridiron football. Only if I am talking to someone not from the U.S.A. or I'm not in the U.S.A. at the time do I refer to 'soccer' as 'football'. And not, the majority of America is not mentally retarded...only the loud people are and those are the people who are heard. "Talk quietly and carry a big stick."

And by America, I thought we were assuming that it was meant as 'The United States of America'. Yes I know it's a generalization, and yes I know that it can annoy other nations that live on the continent of America. However, for the sake of brevity, I just used 'America' as an abbreviation. ;)

In my original comment, there was an ambiguity about which of the two meanings I had chosen to assign to 'America'. A person replied to my comment, saying how America is not a country, but a continent. In response to this, I explained my using America as an offhand/quick way of saying the USA. I am not blind (or else I wouldn't be able to use the Internet very effectively) nor am I stupid (in my opinion...) I am sorry for any distress this may have caused you.
