My previous totally charity train had some success (I guess) and I still have 0 CV keys so this time I'm going to try a different approach.
This is again level 3 train of 0 CV games with no badges.

You may name in the comments the most valueless things in your life which you still like.

Too many to list. One of my tasks this year is to go through them.

My sleeping time :P

I'd object. I value my sleeping time a lot. And I think a lot of other people value it too.

Don't you think you actually invaluable as any other person?

Nah, I was being disingenuous, sorry. I think people are very valuable, and while I am not near the top of the "value list", I still have my moments. Or so I would like to think.

But I do like myself, that part was true. :D

Cheers!

It might be the first time I ever write "disingenuous". I am so proud of myself! :D

I'm slow and bad at puzzles. Or I'm a bot and in denial.

That's hardly a puzzle. Just look closely at the URL of the link.

Bump and thanks. Some good games in this valueless train.

My pile of internal disc drives and their accompanying SATA cables. Before I die, I hope to use at least one of them.

Are these discs old or of small volume? Why do you think they have no value?

Sell them. Had the same problem, bought one modern external drive and copied all data - than sold all old ones - lot of free space and actually some people still need them (for example for legacy stuff - can't buy new parts after all).

When you say valueless, I assume you mean without a any sort of dollar value. I love lots of things like that. My mom recently got me a fuzzy blanket and it's so soft and so warm! I love that. There's also my heater, which I use constantly because I get cold easily, and cold is painful.

Thanks for the choo choo!

Yeah, a kind of. Something that is important to you and not so to others.

Opinions are useless, facts can be useful.

Sorry, I don't get it. Do you value the opinions? If not then it's not the thing you like but others don't.

That's my point. There will always be people for or against opinions. If you try to unite people around your opinions, there will be a point when you will start to exclude people with different opinions. So I try not to put too much credit to my own opinions to stay open-minded and more inclusive.

Well, in my opinion, that's too broad opinion but ok :)

i'm waiting for the 0cv. no cards, no achievements train now. maybe tack on 'limited profile features' if you're feeling extra spunky.

That's a hard task. I better skip. The next level would be "games you can't and won't play" :)

Valueless how? In economical terms, as in ''very cheap''? It cant be ''valueless absolute'' if we like it, because if we like it then it has value, even if only to one person.
So, valueless how?

Permalink

Valueless for a vast majority of people, I think. Something that of value for you but not others.

Maybe it's just me but I find this question fairly difficult to answer. Everything has "value" in the sense that everything serves a purpose. I feel like the only time I've had to think about this before was when someone in my life was being confrontative about something.

Some old boxes with games. Can't even install them, because they don't work on 64 bit systems xD Just gathering dust. Still - they were bought with my first earned money xD So I feel kind of emotional attachment xD

That's a shame cause Shadowrunners and Spec Ops are great games!
Out of valueless things... I like working out outside in the summer rain, shirtless, feels awesome and costs nothing :P

as some one who just played spec ops for the first time only a couple weeks ago, i can confirm that it's a great game and still holds up just fine in 2023.

Indeed they are great games. That just emphasizes the point that some things could be valueless from one side and invaluable from another.
