Hi guys,

Just need some help, for some reason my Wired mouse and wireless keyboard stop working during several minutes of work on my PC. Its definitely not the power because the Laser is still clearly on.

Any help would be appreciated.

Tried other USB Ports? Which mouse/keyboard?
Have a Razer Lachesis Refresh and when i install the drivers(not needed, only when you want to edit something, rest is saved on mouse) the mouse will stop working after some minutes/hours and i must unplug/plugin the mouse again to bring it back to work...

change the batteries. If they are getting low the wireless connection are getting bad. A LED need less energy than the radio module

Must be problem with the USB ports since both your wired mouse and wireless keyboard stopped working.

Windows also has an option to "save power" by turning off non used usb ports, maybe a malfunction there? try turning that off.

test by using one with a cord to see if the wireless ones are malfunctioning. Also check your drivers for them

Well, it must be something to do with the motherboard. it seems like the back I/O ports stop work after a while but when I plug them into the case ports. They work fine.

I have updated my drivers, so no problem there.
