It seems to project small objects from a piece called the barell. It has a scope along with it too. I have deduced that this is a weapon of some sort!

need a clearer and closer picture but from the looks of it i would say it's a maybe a ruger mini 14 rifle? Anyways it's some type of rifle and seems to be hung on its side on a rack.
