Missing Base

Hello! I would like to ask a question that I believe wasn't included in FAQ. If it was I apologise in advance for my blindness.

"Missing base game" - what does it mean? I would like to enter the giveaway but the button is inactivated with that message. I have a hunch it's because it's a soundtrack (DEFCON soundtrack) rather than a game but I can see that people can enter this giveaway anyway. Also it's not for contributors only so I should be able to enter.

Anyone have any idea what's going on?

You require the base game to enter for DLC giveaways. So for DEFCON's OST, you require DEFCON to be able to enter.

You don't own the base game, so you can't enter.

You must own the base game in order to enter for the DLC giveaway, Well, you should use you're common sense right..?

i.e. The giveaway is for DEFCON Soundtrack, you must own Defcon first in order to enter for the giveaway.
