Many will vouch for them, and no doubt flame me for pointing out what can be confirmed by a cursory google search, but Intkeys has very mixed reviews.

Much like every site selling keys. Keys are never completely safe, because you can't be certain of what you're getting until you've activated it.

I've used them once and was quite satisfied (Battlefield 3), for what that's worth. But the listing could still be wrong.

I understand you can use a voucher code to get a discount, bringing the price down by 20%. The code has been mentioned on here a number of times, and I assume it's still valid.

Ultimately I wouldn't pull the trigger myself, simply because there's no clarification on the product page. You'd think that after the huge outcry from people about the regional restrictions on this particular game so close to launch, they would have something in big, bold letters to reassure buyers. But nope, nothing.
