I won ET simulator 1, but i received ET simulator 2

Well, you ended up getting a better game, but no, you shouldn't mark it as recieved as it could get you suspended for not having in your library the game you suposedly won. Maybe the giveaway creator can contact support so they can change the giveaway.

but i already contacted him and its an obvious mistake by him creating the giveaway.

I dont want to steal the game from him, and less seing he is a good guy :) !

But if i mark as received they will see i dont have ET1 but ET2 lol :(

You can't mark it as received unless you receive the game. So either he should contact support and have them delete the giveaway, or you should just mark it as not received after a week and he can redo the giveaway with the proper game this time.

i'll echo what lowis said - see if support are able to change the giveaway to ETS2? i've seen that suggestion been thrown up in a few similar cases in the forum threads before, no idea whether those worked out

I just dont understand why you are contacting support? They are quit busy it seems, with so much misguided requests.
Contact the creator, he send you the wrong game just that easy..if anything is to clear by that, than the creator should contact support..i dont understand why you are writing them?!

Contact gifter, talk with him about making a support ticket to change game in giveaway. That can be done without any issue. Then you will check as received right game.

If the game is wrong then you can refuse it, and the giveaway creator may choose not to request a new winner, and ask support to delete the giveaway.

ETS 2 is WAY better than ETS 1. Trust me, I played both of them for ca 80 hours.

if you activated the game. just pay him 25$ and ask him to send you ets1....

you could always try track down Euro Truck in steam trades and send him that key to give to someone

it is only 8 bucks in the store so you could buy that and give him key and chalk it up to getting ET2 for 8 bucks

or you could wait for support to answer and decide from there but ET 2 is really good
