What you wrote in the OP wasn't clear at all. It took a few comments for me to realize that you want it to show that you have less wins on the site, as to have it look like you should deserve more games. Just because you know what you mean when writing something, doesn't mean that others will understand your broken English.
But yeah, rather sad that you'd even bother asking this. It won't matter regardless, it's all up to the chances per giveaway and how lucky you are.

To troll and spam the forums. Especially the 'This is a joke but im half serious' part. It's like someone buying or saying something and them remaking "It's not for me... IT's for my friend, yeah... That's it, my 'friend'". It's obvious that you are serious, and the fact that you think the site works in a manner as you're implying is annoying. It's random among the entrants for if you win, based on the chances of that giveaway.

beastt feels singled out as a non-winner obviously, because he hasn't won anything.. Keep trying beastt, it took me a while to get a win and my persistence has got me both Darksiders games and Path to War DLC, keep in mind that you only really lose time by entering giveaways
