multiple steam store gift purchases

link to steam forums please support idea i know many of u will like it.

Will it be available to purchase multiply steam games like 2 copies of same title.

I really appreciate if steam store get option to add multiple purchase choice if i buy game as gift like i buy 3 copies of civ 5 goty without separately purchasing, it's just wasting so much time. if there were option where i can select how many copies i want to purchase it would be great.

I'm user of steamgifts com, it's gifting site asociated to steam games beacause of that i spent more money on steam and i want to save time during purchase like if i want to buy multiple copies of some game i must go to game store page add to cart and purchase and replay that action couple of times. and again it would be really helpful if i could to choose how many copies of game i want to buy, like if i purchase game whole procedure will take about 2 minutes and if i want to purchase 10 copies it will take 20 minutes if u add option to set how many copies to purchase it would save my time a lot. every store has that option tho not steam store

P.S. sorry for bad english, typos ect.

as i know u just need to say i support this or thing like that :)

Yes please. Where do I have to sign, It's such a pain to go trough Steam's painful navigation everytime I want to buy things.

However I think that's there just in case of pricing erros, so that they are not that easily exploited.

I doubt steam will do this. Just think about it. If there is a pricing error (it happens), people could buy a bunch of copies instead of just one.

yeah true that but there is always some kind of error and it doesn't mean that they shouldn't add this option cos of some fear of future error :) i think we cad do it if many people will support this :)

I was gonna say the same thing in case of a pricing error people would abuse this by buying hundreds+ copies at once... If you compare it to GMG's 1 copy-1 account kinda deal it's not too bad :D //supported

I've moaned about this in another thread at some time or other.

Totally behind this. It's annoying, and unnecessarily expensive, given that my bank charge me a currency fee every time I buy a game in USD...

I know I can use the wallet, etc, but implementing multiple purchases of an item is surely just common sense...

Sound really good, I'm supporting this. I just bought a ton of Death Rallies for gifting purposes, and it was a real pain in the ass making a separate purchase for each. It took unnecessarily long time to buy them all. =_=

This would be very practical, yes. I'm all for it, but I did notice when I bought 2 copies of Terraria one after another, the first copy was transacted at Steam Bellevue US, the 2nd one was from Steam Wimbledon GB.

Maybe it's something about them not transacting multiple copies per region store.

actually, it's a problem with credit card.
If you try to buy 2 items in the same place that has the same price, the credit card company can cancel the second one (thinking they have tried to charge it twice).

dont think it will be a problem cos i think steam send sum of money for all games in cart so if u buy 5 copies of same game steam will send sum of 5 copies and not separate transactions.

Yeah I noticed this too, but it's with different items. There were some arguments before about this, in the Steam forums. I'll just say I stand in support of this, but it's a convenience I could live without.

will only be useful to exploit price errors, how many copies of 1 game could you possinly need, and they do 4 packs of alot.

yes we can do that but we cant buy 5 copies of same game with one transaction. if we want to buy many copies of same game we have to add one in cart and buy and then add to cart another one and buy it and so on if this feature becomes available we can choose how many copies we want to buy and buy all of them with one click it will save huge amount of time :)
