Do you know the exact list of items included?
I qualify, cause I lack Deus Ex Invisible War you know why but atm I'm not sure if entering.

Nope, Dungeon Siege is not included here. All games are listed in the second requirement.
In fact, there were 2 different Square Enix Hit Collections. The first was released March 21, 2012 (subid's 13870-13872) and had the Dungeon Siege franchise and the Kane and Lynch franchise and Lara Croft: Guardian of Light. The second was released December 27, 2012 (subid's 18676-18680) and had Sleeping Dogs and this is the one I'm giving away. AFAIK the regional versions have no restrictions or differences from each other.
