GA: "Lucky 5!" (part 3) --> No more spots

Hi. Today, I'll choose another 5 people based on their contribution to SG to enter a GA I created. (The purpose of these GAs is to help people who already did so much for SG and/or to help some unlucky users)

How I'll choose:

• I'll check the profile of the users in the order they posted
• If I think they deserve, they will be whitelisted and they can enter the GA
• I'll only add 5 people to my whitelist
• The GA is for "Galactic Civilizations II: Ultimate Edition" so only post if you don't have that game

New Rule: people that were on my whitelist before can still enter as long they didn't any of my previous GAs (from this event)
