Its easier if you just report the guy and not publicly name him around.....

You should report him in Support, the staff can see whether or not he posts from the same IP, against the basic rule;
-Only one account per IP address. If you have someone else at your location using SteamTrades or SteamGifts, please give the admin a heads up by submitting a ticket on the Support Forum.

The Rep system on Steam Trades. It's like you can't give someone bad rep without getting bad rep in revenge. Now, for trying to help the others from a guy, i have bad rep.

From there you can see his other account proving my words. And if now you go to mine, he wrote bad rep in vengeance. It's a free war.

The objectives of this thread are 2: Warn of this guy, and debate about getting bad rep for reporting someone in public. I've seen that other people who did the same got badrep too.
