I won a giveaway and marked as not received after seven days, an hour later the guy sent me the gift.
So i suppose is understandable that someone forgot a created giveaway.

I consistently ignore my winners if they add me.

A quote from FAQ/Rules and Guidelines: "The giveaway creator has 1 week to email it before you can mark the gift as "Not received". If it's been more than 24 hours since the giveaway ended try and add the giveaway host to Steam and remind them to send the gift."

Just check his profile on SG or Steam, and you can easily tell if the giveaway is fake... People who have only Team Fortress 2 in their account do not usually give away AAA games... I mean, it is logical.

I thought one of the giveaways I won was fake. I just waited a few days. and HE gave it me:D

To be fair, the giver had already made a genuine giveaway of the complete GTA IV collection and several other games, so I don't really understand why you got your Y-fronts in a twist over this one in the first place...
