Yup, I read that on the store page. Take the Trove of Mystery pack... are those items just an unlock or is there a mission? are the items good or do you get something better shortly into the game... same with the pirates bounty pack.
How long are the missions in the sacrificed secrets pack, the hidden mystery pack, black island pack etc.... can you complete them by just walking up the the chest and opening it or what?

From what I understand, only those two give actually 'real' missions, and both with different characters than the main storyline. All the rest appear to be cosmetics, items, and treasure hunts.
Articles I found say the other packs include, in addition to treasure hunts:
"Exclusive costumes, pictures, relics, titles, and emblems"
There's no mention of any actual core content for any of the other packs but the two that explicitly say they offer such.

I guess you guys are NA? I'm EU and we don't even have a Gold edition on Steam... --_--
I fckin hate DLC's, now not only I do have to wait for the game to be discounted at 75% I need to wait for them to create a package that actually contains the entire game (of which they make several calling them Deluxe, Gold, Ultimate, Collector, etc...) and for this to be discounted at 75% as well... I'll end up playing AC4 on 2025 or they'll force me to pirate it (something that I don't do since I have Steam)

Don't bother... I already refunded it. No matter what settings I used 720 all low, or 1080p all max, I still got the same 30-45 fps.. lazy port

I'm thinking of picking this up, but I'm wondering how much single player content is added with the gold (not deluxe) edition.
I'm not interested in skins or multiplayer characters.
Some of the dlc items are kinda vague in how you get them.... are they a quest you need to complete or do they just unlock for you.
