And he should net some upgrades on the steam support. They really can't spare a free game if someone get's screwed over with the removable of games because it was supposedly hacked. Like what Amazon does, they are freaking rich so they're just like whatever here's another key.

Steam Support is, in my experience, awful and should be replaced with robots. Just so we don't have to wait three weeks for a "Oh, we're sorry. Nothing we can do there." type of answer.
