User don't confirm if he received the game

Hey everybody,

I created a private giveaway for a Facebook group that I'm in and this dude won the giveaway but he doesn't reply to my emails nor he marked as he received the gift.... what should I do?

They wont re-roll keys though.

Have you tried adding him on steam to talk to him?
If you have then wait 7 days, and then contact support.
