I bought my pc online and I'm very happy about it, but it also depends on what you want to spend. I was out around 1700€ for the pc, and I didn't need to pay for shipment because I spent 1700€ on their site. I did however had to pay fees (I don't know how to say it in English, sorry), to let the parts get into my country, which added about 21% I think.
You need to look up how much you need to pay the let the parts get into your country, cause that can add up a lot. I can link you some sites, but if your budget is less than 500€, you won't find anything usefull on those sites.

hey brothers i need your help i want to build new pc but the problem is in my country Tunisia (in North africa) every parts is so expensive the price is so high more than the normal international price also choice is limited (they are selling just few parts.so i am thinking to buy from outside pls guide me to some online store (they do international shipping)
