Considering he's still waiting for a key despite actually having the game, it's very likely he just wants another key for trading/reselling/whatever. Instead, you should make a ticket for this:
The winner has redeemed my gift, but not marked it received. How do I proceed?
If your gift has been activated or redeemed by the winner, and they have not left feedback after seven days, please create a support ticket to request received feedback. A support member will review and ticket, and if the gift is activated on the winner's Steam account, approve the ticket and update the feedback to received.

Check your humble page to see wich email claimed the link... maybe same adress he used here... easy proof
on SG you can see his mail under winners in the giveaway itself...

So I created a giveaway and the winner said the gift link is "already claimed", which I found weird since no one other than the winner had access to it.. Anyways I sent HB and SG a tickets asking what to do.. No surprise HB said they can't do anything but the gift DID get redeemed the day the giveaway ended (making it weirder)
The giveaway stuff has become even more weird (not gonna enter on details), but I just want to remove it.. But SG support doesn't answer (after 1 week), how do I do to remove it?
