Actually, this is from the current FAQ (click on that button up there):
How is 'Giveaway Feedback' calculated on my profile?
This number represents the percentage of your sent gifts that have been marked received by the winners. If you give away 20 gifts, 15 being received, and 5 not received, then your giveaway feedback will be 75%.
This makes new ppl confused, I think, as that info was for Steamgifts V1.

Hey,
I don't really understand why is there a "Feedback button" when every Winner ignores it?! :(
I just wanted to point this out cause it is really unfair towards people who mean it good with you and make giveaways for people who don't even say thanks when they win a game?!
