What if you could mark some games you would like to win? Everytime someone offers this game, you'll get news per email.
You would never miss an importened opportunity to win an importened game ever again.

No, I create one hour giveaways for the reason of. Whoever is on the site within this short opportunity has a higher chance because they just happen to be in the right place at the right time.

Maybe just have it so you can view a separate giveaway list on the website that only shows games on your steam wishlist,, that way you still have to be on at the time but it would be a lot easer to find them.
