Because, If you don't get properly educated, you don't get a fucking job, and then you run out of dollars to pay people to do your damn homework.

You're paying $1 for someone to do your homework? And there isn't even any guarantee of winning that $1 game.

Well he is trying to bribe people into doing his homework for him (and it's not even that great of a bribe - very cheap with no guarantee you'll even get it). It's cheating, it's fucking stupid, somewhat pathetic, and I'm pretty sure he'd be in deep shit with his school if they found out.

Doing your own homework so you can learn what you're supposed to be learning. Crazy concept, I know.

The story begins with the player's character in prison in The Imperial City. Emperor Uriel Septim VII, accompanied by his bodyguards, is fleeing from assassins who have killed his sons. By chance, Septim's escape route goes through the player's cell and you are able to follow them and escape yourself. During the escape, the Emperor tells you that he has seen you in his dreams and gives you The Amulet of Kings, an important heirloom. He tells you to find the monk Jauffre and give him the Amulet. The emperor is then assassinated. After finding Jauffre, you are told that Septim had an illegitimate son named Martin who is working as a monk in the city of Kvatch. As the only remaining heir to the throne, Martin must use the Amulet to light the Dragonfires that protect Cyrodiil from Daedra, inhabitants of the Daedric realm of Oblivion.

I have no idea how you're supposed to answer that question, and frankly, I'm way too busy with my own studies (and other things) to start researching for an answer for you. Sorry, but I don't have time to help you.

  • Citizen Kane reflects the importance of media in the distribution of the propaganda. Communism, fascism, different kind of political stuff. You can get any example of political campaigns. In the USA history, there're tons of examples. Lol, i would take Martin Luther King as an example, but guess it's kinda late.
  • It reflects aspiration of people towards "American Dream" - a set of ideal for people's opportunities, people's freedom. Just as planned by the founding fathers. Dude was born in a poor family. During his childhood, he was living in poverty. But then his family got a gold mine, he himself got the best possible education, then he started to take controv over different medias so that he became a mediamagnat. United States Declaration of Independence, the "all men are created equal" thing does good.
  • It reflects the rise of penny journalism that influences people in their societal news: the image of Kane (created by media) had nothing to do with the real one. The real-life prototype: when president McKinley was shot on September 6, 1901, critics accused Hearst's Yellow Journalism of driving Leon Czolgosz to the deed. Also, there was distorting of facts of stories. The film itself was like a reference to all this shit: when Hearst saw the film, he tried to persuade to pay Orson Welles money for acting, buy out rights for the film, etc cuz he wanted to destroy the film. It was really strong reference. Also, the famous "you'll provide the pictures, and i'll provide the war" is a big reference: artist Frederic Remington once telegrammed Hearst to tell him all is quiet in Cuba and there won't be war. Hearst responded "Please remain. You furnish the pictures and I'll furnish the war" (the memoirs of reporter James Creelman, 1901)
  • It reflects on the popular belief that ownership of everything you can ever imagine doesn't always steer toward full satisfaction. It implyes that material worth isn't what is most important. Americans, then and today, live for it. It gives the less privileged hope and forces people to empathize and appreciate the non-materialistic gifts life has to offer. Making connections and giving most people a better sense of worth. At the end of the movie, workers burn stuff which (in their opinion) doesn't worth anything - the inevitable emptiness of obtaining material possessions, ignoring non-material stuff. See: suicide waves during the Great Depression, where many ppl've been killed themselves after losing their money.

NOW, AFTER MY HELP IN RUINNING YOUR EDUCATIONAL PROCESS, GIMME YO FORTIX, MAH BOI; I WOULD LUV TO PLAY THIS AWESOME GAME WHICH I CAN'T WIN FOR YEARS HERE. AND FORGIVE ME FOR BAD GRAMMAR: I'M NOT BIG INTO ENGLISH PUNCTUATION

Held as ‘the greatest film of all time,’ Citizen Kane continues to be recognized as textbook for any erudite or creator of world-wide cinema. It’s theme is supported through its use of music and sound: The self-centered attraction for money, power and materialism leads to a loss of childhood innocence, pollution of family, empty and shallow values, and an inevitable self-realization of retrospective regret.

The opening scene begins with a darkening minor bass-horn which produces a cold, mysterious, and empty atmosphere. The viewer sees a mega-mansion in the background perched on top of a hill with a luminous light spilling out through an open window. As images of the mansion move closer and closer towards the window, the music crescendo’s louder and louder and finally climaxes with a sudden bass/drum roll as the light turns off inside. The tension and release of the parallel music here suggests that something dramatic has, or is about to take place inside that room. It is a musical cue to what the viewer is about to uncover—that is, the light of the world’s largest newspaper tycoon has just turned off, or died.

Diegetic and non-diegetic music is used frequently throughout the film to help convey the rise of Kane’s empire of selfishness, his attraction for money and power, his manipulation on public opinion, and the pollution of his family. A diegetic song written specifically to hail Kane as a great newspaper publisher is sung during a banquet party his staff throws for him. Here Kane is seen as the center of attention as he dances with a group of women who flower over him and sing praises to his name. This song expressly demonstrates the rise of Kane’s egotism. Even earlier in the film during the news reel sequence, a tapestry of events from Kane’s life is displayed with non-diegetic drums and pompous horns to help reflect Kane’s smugness towards money and power.

hope i am helping!
if its ok give me the link thanks anyway!

Well in the movie/years it was when the world was having a change/undeceive moment on what 'economy system' they should go for. (Socialist, Capitalism etc.) There was also the 'rebellions of freedom of rights/speech/equality for women, black people and...foreigners(not 100% sure). There is also the concept of during that time a lot of South American countries were using the 'American way' as a 'stepping stone'/reason as to their own rebellions and stuff. Also the 'evolution' of radio->TV, the market crash, and at the end (dont remember 100%) the mentioning of a new world, or a world war, to cleanse and test all the new 'toys'. Also the discovery and 'messing around' with atoms and atomic 'deconstruction'(I am not sure that is the right word, it leads to the atomic bomb).

...Thats all I've gone...ultra summarized and stuff....And good luck.(Try to also see the philosophical point of view, with that famous philosophy guy from that time, also the literature side where they try to bring back romanticism, but its a 'fake' because it goes into the modernism and stuff. Yeah...
