You have the ratio set at 0.08 on the SGTools vs the 0.8 you noted on the link.

I'm not sure I understand what exactly are you looking for (even less so with those examples - all great games, but with very different atmosphere and feelings for me), but I think that should fit - Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons

I get that situation a lot, when I want play a game or watch a movie of a certain atmosphere (mood? spirit? feeling? I'm not sure what is the right word), but can't quite determine which atmosphere is that.
From your library I can suggest Dust and Enslaved

been meaning to play Enslaved for a while, as well as 7th gen console games called Majin & the Forsaken Kingdom and Folklore
got all 3 but never got around to playing
We all react to things differently depending on how our lives are currently going as well as our general personalities (qualia, if you will) so it can be hard to explain it but sometimes someone else just... gets it and it's awesome whenever that happens cause that feeling of 'am I just weird ?' goes away.

Hmmm... feeling of wonder is difficult to pinpoint, but maybe, and very subjectively:
Planescape: Torment (whimsical wonder of the setting alone)
The Banner Saga (atmosphere),
Kingdom (atmosphere),
The Night of the Rabbit (up to a point + audiobooks),
Anachronox (quirkyness alone puts it there),
Freedom Planet (joy of playing),
Dragon's Wake (subtle growth),
Dust: An Elysian Tail (overall presentation),
Trine 1 and 2 (gorgeous and very rewarding)
Lemma (the movement mechanics)
In a way, but not sure if that's what you're after: A Story About My Uncle (has a few moments, doesn't quite work for me), Transistor (Amazing game, but runs on soul, rather than wonder)
I also second Brothers that Lifedreamer mentioned. It certainly fits. :)

You might want to check out Ori and the Blind Forest. This game gave me a feeling a lot like Child of Light.

I'm trying to think of games that have a similar "feeling of wonder" like Child Of Light (one of my favorite games of all time btw).
The Banner Saga definitely made me feel like that. It's not as magical or dreamy as CoL, but the art style alone gave me the feeling I think you're after.

Thanks for the GA, and I must say it was an interesting custom rule. ;)

Just finished this, a little short but just lovely.
Please put this on your radar, it's a lovely, light puzzle platformer and sales support the IΓ±upiat people who's culture & tales made this game possible.
Ratio 0.8 or higher required, plus a little custom rule I'm testing out, please let me know if there's any technical issues
I find myself wanting for games with a feeling of wonder on PC (sorry it's a bit vague).
Between this and Child of Light I struggle to think of others. To a lesser extent Bastion, Alice Madness Returns & Bioshock Infinite evoke a similar feel but the consoles have Mario, Kirby, ICO, Flower, Journey & Odin Sphere.
The PC has such a huge library so I've just missed things, right ?
