It would be more convenient for them if they just disabled the entry for Pirates of Black Cove: Origins dlc, since those are all fake anyway.

Those don't happen "accidentally".
But yeah, if you keep submitting support tickets, they will with wrong labelled giveaways.

A lot of mislabelled giveaways around at the moment and support are generally pretty good at dealing with . I know a lot of newbies to the site do this accidently and that is ok. What I am seeing are people creating delibrately mislabelled giveaways usually from free Dlh.net keys, and quite often making region restricted or group giveaways. These don't seem to dealt with by support, especially compared to not restricted public giveaways.
