Yes - you take one of them, and contact the maker of the other giveaway and tell him to ask for a reroll, so another winner would be selected.

I had this happen to me, I just asked the second giveaway creator guy to do a re-roll. It all went well.

This happened to me yesterday with Rome: Total War... I accepted the first gift and I told the creator of the other giveaway to re-roll.
