My opinion is that you should buy TF2 keys on steam-market, and then trade them with russian traders. As an example: I've just got Strike Suit Mega Pack for 2 keys. That was just an example.
Price in rubles 50 rubles = 1 TF2 key
PS: Don't buy anything that has a discount of less than 75% because they'll be cheaper anytime soon :)

I was going to get Skyrim LE, but there were other great games on my wishlist (Runner 2, Dishonored, Deus Ex, Dark Souls, etc) that were at a good discount. I'm a little disappointed with Skyrim's stilled discount, but I'm content with the games I've bought so far. :D
So I'm left with about $15 and I see two main possible options for me which are buying games or cards/badges.
Option v1 - Trine 2 Complete, Mirror's Edge, Mark of the Ninja.
Option v1.1 - Sanctum 1, AudioSurf, They Bleed Pixels, World of Goo, Rock of Ages, Q.U.B.E.
or
Option 2 - Cards: About 10 Sets = 1000 EXP = 5 Level Ups
Now getting cards isn't a big deal for me, but it's a possible option I can choose. My thoughts are Option v1 > Option v1.1 > Option 2.
Anyways would like some advice. ^_^ I know I don't have to spend anything. But I like gaming and I have $xx15.xx on bank account's balance and just want to make it $xx00.00.lol
