Made a CS:GO giveaway for full game but all beta owners can't enter HELP!!

I tried to make a full version CS:GO giveaway but anyone with beta can't enter. Is there a fix? I have contacted support but no one answers me :(

They need to add CS:GO Full feature in creation if giveaways so we can join the Full CS:GO giveaways.
