Is this possible?

Is it possible to get all achievements in Cave Story+ ? They make me sad because I can not get them all. Some received only 0.1% of people. I believe that the real percentage is much lower, Steam can not display the number is less than 0.1.
Probably, I will be able to complete the normal end to hard mode(I have just started to play). And I can destroy Ballos after a few attempts.
But some of the achievements, I will never be. For example achievement "Untouchable" received 0.2% of people. This is madness! Complete the game on a good end with only 3 hearts. Where are these people? I really want to see them.
How much do you overcome? How many achievements?

Also keep in mind that some people hack Steam achievements so the actual percentage of people getting those is even lower than that.

Well, if they are there then they're likely possible. The only way for an achievement to be unobtainable is if it's bugged. I doubt that game has bugged achievements. Sure, it's hard, but if you try really really REALLY much you can probably get it. Everything is possible if you have your heart for it... and a lot of time and infinite patience...
Just as a side note... if you like getting all achievements in all games... never try Super Meat Boy or any bullet hell game unless you intend to spend QUITE a while in them... Now those are absolutely insane. :P

very rare achievement Super Meat Boy has 0.6%. I even know people who have done all the achievements of Super Meat Boy. 0,1% I think more frightening)

Personally I wouldn't take that % to face value. A lot of things factor to it and quite honestly they make it unreliable to say just 'how' hard it is. The games are pretty different, maybe more people are good at one game than in the other. Or maybe it's just that one game is less played by the people who own it or less popular. Either way, I'd honestly expect any achievement with less than 1-2% to turn out very difficult. (Just as an example- look at the achievements of They Bleed Pixels, a lot of them are at less than 0,5% and I should tell you, from the descriptions, they aren't as impossibly difficult as the % makes them look. It's just that few people have bothered getting (or hacking) them yet.)

Anyhow, I know very little about Cave Story but a quick search gave me this- does that achievement have a difficulty requirement? I'd assume the game shouldn't be a problem to beat with some limitation on an easier difficulty if you practice enough.

im going through hard game right now and are around the half i beleive, there is no misiles nor heart expasion, so only 3 hearts and i just noticed this today because i started a normal game to check the difference and found the missiles and hearts.

basically till now i find it quite possible, i was overconfident when select hard because i know metroid series, but going through the game with out letting anything touch you because you die is proving quite the challenge.

Are there heart expansions on Hard? or they do not exist?. Though now that I am this far i doubt I will pick them.

Out of interest, does using another person's save get you the achievements in any Steam games?
