yes, you can lose levels. retroactive bundling of games, price drops in steam store and games removed from it affect your cv.

Yes, it's possible. It probably happened because one of the games that you gave away got retroactively bundled or it got a price change.

Probably a price change, the guy said he just connected after a long time not being here, so I don't think he gave away a game that was soon to be going to be bundled.

Retroactive bundling can happen even after a lot of months. Steamgifts been bundlin' games faster than they're being released. ;P

I remember getting Level 2 on this site...
But when I went online today, I noticed that I'm Level 1.
Can you actually lose Level?
