A little problem with created giveaways

Hello comrades, i need ur help. Some time ago i create 5 giveaways, but as i understand keys become region blocked. This keys from HB, so i don't understad how this possible. Maybe u know? But main question still: What to do? I don't have another bucks and i don't wanna receive penalty.

I believe they are locked to the region you live in from the moment you open the first key, but I'm not completely sure about that.

i bought it (if we're talking about codemasters bundle). got locked keys, wrote to support, they restored as gifts and gifts weren't locked. maybe it depends on regions, idk
