Any good Sci-Fi TV Shows ?

Are there any good Sci-Fi TV Shows (english or german)?
Something like Star Wars, I really like Star Wars , but not the Clone Wars.
I'm not sure , but for me Star Wars is Sci-Fi and not Fantasy.
Edit: Don't has to be on TV, but I'm looking for a Show with more than 1 Season and not for a movie.

Firefly (short,but sweet),Andromeda (the first 2 seasons,the rest were...wierd),Babylon 5 (awesomness),Farscape (I though it was decent).
