more war z problems

i just recieved an email from the war z saying they had to take down the game !!

"We are sorry to report that we have discovered that hackers gained access to our forum and game databases and the player data in those databases. We have launched a thorough investigation covering our entire system to determine the scope of the intrusion. This investigation is ongoing and is our top priority. As part of the remediation and security enhancement process we will be taking the game and forums down temporarily."

More war z problems.

Haha I was thinking the exact same thing. I wouldn't put it past them to make it all up just so they could prematurely abandon the game (and associated operating costs) after taking people's money. Either way it's going to happen soon after DayZ standlone is released (which may not be for another 6 months).

People who bought it were scammed from the start. Then Steam started selling it with its fraudulent store description, and more people were scammed.

Considering the company's history, I wonder if they will bring the game back.
